Well, we think the house has been sold.  We have had a few prospective buyers.  Even though only a one bedroom, the price is right so we are sure we'll have the house sold in a day or two.  We've tried to keep it spic and span for showing.   It's a young Southern couple, but I think they will adjust to the climate and the neighborhood.  They are so well dressed and quite refined.  Very well spoken, too.  Their references were impeccable.  They are quite particular about the amenities.   I believe we have just what they desire in the way of yard space, too.  Our neighborhood is quiet and that was a must with them. If they buy, they will be sure to bring the family, too.  I do hope Mr. and Mrs. E. Bluebird buy in our neighborhood.
