[from Barbara Butler]...On Jan. 13th, 2007, during the annual Waterfowl Count, Art Jones' group found 9 Blue-winged Teal at The Fly outside of Pine Plains.  This is a rare sighting for January.  When the ducks flew, Art saw the white crescent mark on the faces of the 2 males.
